Payment –
All payments are made using a secure payment gateway with PayPal. Once an order has been confirmed no changes, including cancellation of the order, are able to be made.
If your payment fails or Paid Services are otherwise not paid for on time, we may immediately cancel or revoke your access to the Paid Services. If you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees for Paid Services, we may revoke your access to our Services in general.
Refunds – While you may cancel a Paid Service at any time, refunds are issued in our sole discretion.

Transit time will depend on location and forces out of our control.
We cannot guarantee any specific arrival dates. Our aim is to provide all products within 14 working days.

Return Policy
Our Online Returns policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If one of our good or Services did not meet your expectations, please contact us via the contact form and briefly explain why you didn’t like the product. Returns will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Generally, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Ordering the wrong size or image, does not constitute a reason for a return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
